I am of nearly no use to my staff.

I fluctuate from feeling stressed out about my mediocrity to having more of a tough love approach in wanting them to figure things out for themselves.

I'll start monitoring how many questions I get a day and then compare questions I could answer and do, questions I should be able to answer but can't/don't, questions I shouldn't be able to answer so don't, and questions I should not be able to answer but do.

This could be fun!
